● Use outbound calls to initiate proactive engagement with prospective clients.
● Hold online demo sessions to showcase our outstanding products.
●
Lead the onboarding process for new clients by helping with account setup, paperwork, and compliance (KYB & KYC) approval.
Work together with several departments, including sales and product, to make sure the onboarding process goes smoothly.
In order to guarantee prompt billing, prepare and send invoices as well as keep an eye on and track billing cycles.
Update the customer records and make sure the quality and integrity of the data
Must be able to create simple reports and examine customer data for patterns and trends.
Enhance procedures proactively to enable quicker delivery
outstanding interpersonal and communication abilities
Strong ability to prioritize work based on business procedures and work on several issues and projects in a fast-paced setting
Education Required:

You should have Excellent communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills; strong product knowledge & target-oriented mindset.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
Freshmen are also welcome, with 0–1 years of customer success or data entry experience
Being proficient with Microsoft Excel, ZohoDesk, and HubSpot is a plus!
