Job Description

This role centers on verifying the employment and educational histories of candidates applying for positions with our clients across the United States. This involves a comprehensive review of provided information to ensure accuracy and validity, contributing directly to the client's hiring processes and ensuring the integrity of their workforce. The position requires meticulous attention to detail and adherence to established verification procedures.

Responsibilities

• Responsibilities include conducting thorough online searches to locate relevant information pertaining to universities, colleges, and companies listed on applicant resumes and applications. This will involve initiating verification calls to confirm employment and education details directly with previous employers and educational institutions. Furthermore, the role requires sending written verification requests and faxes, adhering to the specific policies and procedures of each institution or organization. Accurate data entry of verified information into the company system is crucial, culminating in the generation of comprehensive verification reports. Maintaining high quality standards and meeting established targets set by the team leader is essential. Active participation in database maintenance is expected, including updating information as needed to reflect any changes or corrections. Compliance with the company's IT policies and data security protocols is paramount. This role also includes mentoring new team members and conducting regular quality checks on their work to ensure consistent accuracy and efficiency throughout the team.

Education Qualification

• A High School Certificate (HSC) is mandatory for this position. Recent graduates with excellent language skills and comprehension are also encouraged to apply.

Skills

• While not mandatory, a minimum of six months of experience in an International Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) or Knowledge Process Outsourcing (KPO) environment is highly preferred. Candidates should possess a typing speed of at least 20 words per minute with 90% accuracy. Excellent comprehension and articulation skills are essential. A willingness to work night shifts is a requirement due to the need to collaborate with clients and institutions across different time zones. Strong written and verbal communication skills in English are absolutely necessary for successful performance in this role.
