Job Description

Unstop's Talent Park 2025 is a competition designed to identify and cultivate exceptional talent. This unique challenge offers participants the chance to earn a lucrative internship with a monthly stipend of INR 1 lakh, which may lead to a full-time position. The process involves dedicated upskilling through the Unstop platform. Participants are compensated for their time invested in enhancing their skills using the resources provided by Unstop. The company provides all necessary learning resources; the only requirements are commitment and consistent engagement. This opportunity emphasizes the value of dedicated time and effort in professional development.

Responsibilities

• Competition Structure: The Talent Park 2025 competition comprises three rounds:
• Round 1: Learning Boot Camp [Duration: 7 Days] - This introductory phase is a seven-day learning boot camp designed to familiarize participants with the Unstop platform and its resources. Participants must complete one daily activity, provided via email, which will be readily accessible and free of charge on Unstop. This is an eliminatory round; failure to complete daily activities will result in disqualification.
• Round 2: Independent Upskilling [Duration: 30 Days] - Shortlisted candidates from Round 1 will proceed to a 30-day independent upskilling phase. Participants leverage Unstop’s resources to enhance their skills at their own pace and choosing from a wide array of activities. There's no limit to the number of activities undertaken, with the primary goal being to maximize time spent upskilling on the platform. Unstop will monitor the time spent and activities completed.
• Round 3: The Final Interview: Candidates who successfully navigate Round 2 will be interviewed for a paid internship at Unstop. The internship offers a monthly stipend of INR 1 lakh.
