Responsibilities

• * Develop and maintain clean, well-documented, and easily maintainable code that adheres to coding standards and promotes readability and collaboration.
• * Ensure all deliverables consistently meet or exceed high technical and functional standards, demonstrating a commitment to quality and precision.
• * Proactively identify, address, and resolve defects effectively and efficiently during sprint cycles, while also taking full ownership of production issues to minimize disruption and ensure system stability.
• * Collaborate effectively and proactively with Project Managers (PMs), experienced Architects, and insightful Business Analysts (BAs) to comprehensively understand and deliver on both technical and functional requirements, contributing to successful project outcomes.
• * Work closely with DevOps engineers and cross-functional teams across the organization to contribute actively to the overall product vision, ensuring alignment and synergy across all departments.
• * Conduct thorough and constructive code reviews, actively enforce coding best practices, and ensure seamless source control and streamlined delivery processes to maintain code quality and facilitate efficient deployment.

Education Qualification

• * Possession of a strong Engineering or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Science, or Information Technology (with year of graduation or post graduation in 2024 or 2025) from a reputable university or institution, coupled with a solid and consistent academic record demonstrating strong performance (60% aggregate or higher).
• * Demonstrated 0-1 year of hands-on experience in software development and a solid foundational understanding of programming principles and concepts, with proficiency in programming languages such as Python or Java.

Skills

• * Robust understanding of fundamental Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts, including inheritance, polymorphism, and encapsulation.
• * Exceptional aptitude for problem-solving and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset characterized by a "Trouble the Trouble" attitude, indicating a willingness to tackle challenges head-on.
• * Strong desire and demonstrated ability to continuously learn and master emerging technologies and advancements in the field of software engineering and artificial intelligence.
• * Exceptional communication skills (both written and verbal), strong analytical skills, and effective problem-solving skills, enabling clear and concise articulation of ideas and solutions.
• * Consistently positive attitude and genuine passion for web technologies and the development of innovative web-based applications.
• * Innate curiosity, demonstrated teamwork skills, and a relentless drive for continuous improvement and professional development.
