The Advertising Trust Operations (ATO) team seeks highly motivated and talented individuals to moderate and audit advertisement content. This crucial role empowers advertisers of all sizes to effectively build their brands and businesses on Amazon's self-service platforms. We continuously explore diverse contexts and creative formats to optimize advertising value for both customers and advertisers. ATO supports moderation across multiple advertising programs. Our team reviews content – text, photos, audio, and video – submitted by advertisers (sellers, vendors, authors, publishers) for ad campaigns and stores. We ensure compliance with advertising guidelines to protect the customer experience. The ad products we support include Sponsored Brands (SB), Sponsored Products (SP), Book Ads, Sponsored Display Ads (SD), Self-Serve Display Video Audio Ads (SSDVA), High Impression Moderation (HIM), and Stores.
Furthermore, ATO contributes to Ad-relevance, a key component measuring various sales and performance metrics of advertisements. Ad-relevance helps us assess the direct impact of advertising on Amazon's business, allowing for optimized ad campaigns. Accurate relevancy ratings ensure that customers see the most pertinent results for their search queries, enhancing their overall shopping experience.
