What you will do
Work with shareholders to assess data, recommend staffing plans and shift patterns for European fulfillment centers.
Develop operational plans that minimize labor costs in the short run, middle term or long term.
Determine primary causes behind complex business problem scenarios and drive improvement activities.
Share actionable insights derived from data analysis with stakeholders at all levels.
Take part in global operational planning initiatives and project rollouts.
Participate in making general process across fulfillment center network uniformed.
Education Requirement
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Mathematics, IT, Finance or related field (Master’s degree preferred)
Good to have skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to enable effective collaboration.
- Great analytical abilities; skilled SQL/VBA users for database processing/data wrangling work.
Experience with performance metrics and statistical techniques.
Creative problem-solving mindset with the ability to build scalable analytical mod
