- • Offers quick and effective support to merchants and sellers on Amazon, including appropriately elevating problems for sellers.
- · Consistently presents the business in a favourable light while handling delicate situations with a competent and upbeat manner.
- · Exhibits outstanding time-management abilities and the capacity to function autonomously while using departmental policies, processes, and resources.
- • Fosters a supportive team atmosphere and offers proactive assistance to teammates facing challenging situations when required.
- · Upholds accepted performance indicators, including attendance, productivity, quality, and first contact resolution.
- · Actively looks for answers using logical thinking and data interpretation abilities, recognising trends and suggesting appropriate channels for improvement.
- • Communicate with various departments, including Customer Service, Merchant Investigations, and Payments teams, as needed to address concerns and enquiries from sellers.
