Job Description
It is your duty to make sure that your employees are well trained and that their requirements are met so they may concentrate on their work. You will be in charge of making sure that Amazon's policies—including those pertaining to attendance tracking—are applied, managed, and maintained in a fair and uniform manner. In order to meet or surpass Amazon's standards, this entails inspiring, mentoring, reporting, and giving feedback on colleagues' performance, including productivity, quality, and safety. Responsibilities
