Responsibilities

  • Maintain a current and comprehensive understanding of the organization's products, services, and established customer service policies. This includes staying informed about updates, new offerings, and any changes to existing protocols.
  • Thoroughly document interactions with customers or stakeholders when necessary, meticulously compiling relevant documents and efficiently forwarding pertinent information to interested parties. This may involve creating detailed records of inquiries, feedback, and resolutions.
  • Proactively recommend new products or services, or suggest improvements to existing offerings, by keenly identifying relevant features and benefits that align with customer needs and market trends.
  • Actively participate in training opportunities provided by the organization to enhance skills, deepen product knowledge, and stay abreast of industry best practices.
  • Take ownership and be responsible for closing all tickets or cases within the assigned timeline, ensuring timely and effective resolution of issues.
  • Uphold and maintain necessary Service Level Agreements (SLAs) to ensure the smooth and efficient functioning of the department, contributing to overall operational excellence.

Education Qualification

  • Education level - Pre-Graduate / Graduation; candidates currently pursuing or having completed their undergraduate degree are encouraged to apply
