Education Requirement

An emphasis on accounting, finance, or economics is preferred for an undergraduate degree.
Finance/MS/CA MBA. Advancement toward ASA or CFA certification recommended
the ability to work on several assignments at once
strong communication abilities both in writing and speaking
Strong research and analytical abilities; excellent organizational skills; capacity to multitask in a dynamic setting; and proficient use of Microsoft Office

Good to have skills

Capacity to create excellent draft deliverables for senior Navigant team members to examine, including valuation models, reports, proposals, and presentations
possess a solid understanding of theoretical finance, economics, and valuation principles; have some practical accounting knowledge
strong understanding of Blacks-Scholes, alternative investments, DCF, option pricing model, cash flows, tangible and intangible valuation, and fixed income
Proficiency in doing analyses related to FASB ASC 350, 718, 805, 820, and IRC 409a
the capacity to finish tasks quickly enough to fulfill client deadlines
Help with appropriate paperwork for engagements
