Job Description

Job Summary: Autodesk seeks a highly skilled and experienced Generative AI (GenAI) Solution Developer to join our team in Bengaluru. This role involves the design, configuration, and implementation of GenAI use cases built upon the OpenAI platform. You will work collaboratively with diverse teams, translating complex business needs into robust and effective AI-driven solutions. Successful candidates will possess a strong foundation in artificial intelligence, machine learning, and data analysis, coupled with specific expertise in GenAI and OpenAI technologies. This position offers the opportunity to contribute directly to Autodesk's cutting-edge AI capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with stakeholders across various departments to thoroughly identify and understand the business requirements and overarching objectives for new and existing GenAI solutions. This includes actively participating in discussions, gathering detailed specifications, and clarifying ambiguities to ensure alignment on project goals.
• Configure and construct GenAI use cases on the OpenAI platform, effectively leveraging state-of-the-art machine learning models and algorithms. This includes selecting appropriate models, fine-tuning parameters, and optimizing performance for specific applications.
• Develop and implement sophisticated data pipelines and workflows for pre-processing, cleaning, transforming, and analyzing data for use in GenAI applications. This involves ensuring data quality, handling missing values, and implementing effective data governance practices.
• Apply advanced statistical analysis and data mining techniques to extract valuable insights, identify patterns, and uncover hidden relationships within large and complex datasets. This includes using techniques like regression, classification, clustering, and dimensionality reduction.
• Optimize and fine-tune AI models to achieve exceptional performance, high accuracy, and optimal scalability. This involves monitoring model performance, addressing issues, and continuously improving model efficiency.
• Conduct rigorous testing and validation procedures for GenAI solutions to guarantee their robustness, reliability, and adherence to quality standards. This includes unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing.
• Collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, software engineers, product managers, and other relevant stakeholders, to seamlessly integrate GenAI solutions into existing systems and applications. This requires effective communication and coordination to ensure a smooth integration process.
• Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the latest advancements in GenAI and OpenAI technologies, actively contributing to the continuous enhancement and improvement of Autodesk's AI capabilities. This includes researching new techniques, evaluating emerging technologies, and staying informed about industry best practices.
• Clearly document and communicate technical concepts, methodologies, and findings to both technical and non-technical audiences, using clear, concise language tailored to the specific audience. This includes creating comprehensive documentation, presenting findings to stakeholders, and participating in knowledge sharing sessions.

Education Qualification

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, data science, statistics, or a closely related field. A strong academic record demonstrating a high level of analytical and problem-solving skills is essential.

Skills

• Demonstrated experience in configuring and building GenAI use cases utilizing the OpenAI platform, showcasing a practical understanding of its functionalities and limitations.
• Exceptional proficiency in artificial intelligence, machine learning, and data analysis techniques, with the ability to apply these skills to solve real-world problems.
• Comprehensive familiarity with GenAI technologies, frameworks, and libraries, including a strong understanding of their strengths and weaknesses.
• Solid programming skills in at least one of the following languages: Python, R, or Java, with the ability to write clean, efficient, and well-documented code.
• Extensive experience with data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model selection techniques, demonstrating the ability to handle large and complex datasets.
• Proficiency in using at least one machine learning library, such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn, with the ability to build, train, and evaluate machine learning models.
• Deep knowledge of statistical analysis, data mining, and visualization techniques, with the ability to interpret results and communicate insights effectively.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills, coupled with the ability to effectively translate complex business requirements into practical and effective AI solutions.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively within cross-functional teams and clearly articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
