Responsibilities
Education Qualification
- **Experience:** A minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in Salesforce administration is required. Candidates should possess 2-3 years of hands-on experience specifically with Sales Cloud.
Skills
- **Salesforce Certifications:** A Salesforce Certified Administrator certification is mandatory. A Salesforce Platform App Builder certification is highly preferred.
- **Analytical Skills:** The ideal candidate will possess excellent analytical skills coupled with the ability to clearly and effectively communicate technical information to both business stakeholders and IT team members. Strong problem-solving skills are crucial.
- **Teamwork & Collaboration:** This role demands the ability to collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams, while also demonstrating the capacity to work independently and manage individual tasks effectively.
- **Preferred Skills:**
- * Experience integrating third-party applications with Salesforce and working with Salesforce AppExchange products.
