7. **Lead Qualification**:
– Qualify and disqualify inbound leads showing interest in Catchpoint.

8. **Support Sales Team**:
– Assist sales colleagues with coordination and preparation in early sales stages.

9. **Track Activities**:
– Follow processes to log all activities in Salesforce.com.
