  • b. Depending on the employee's performance, project requirements, and duration, the contract may be extended for an additional amount of time.
  • b. The length of the project, the employee's performance, and other factors may determine whether the contract is extended for an additional amount of time.
  • c. The candidates hired under this arrangement will work on a contract basis and will not be entitled to a regular position or appointment at C-DAC.
  • d. Since C-DAC works on projects at several locations throughout India, a chosen applicant may be assigned to or transferred from one project to another at any site in India in accordance with organisational needs.
  • i. The chosen individual will get a consolidated salary as announced herewith and will be stationed initially in India.
  • ii. The candidate will receive an offer of a higher wage upon being deputed to an abroad location.
  • In addition to the monthly income, CDAC will arrange for a work permit and VISA as well as provide economy class airfare for both deputations and repatriations. CDAC will arrange completely furnished housing for the deputation term in addition to salary.

Education Qualifications

  • iv. The candidate will be responsible for covering any other costs out of his own pocket.
  • The candidates must have graduated from a recognised university or college that has received approval from the UGC or AICTE for each of the positions listed.
  • b. If a university, college, or institution uses a CGPA, DGPA, OGPA, or letter grade as a means of evaluation, the candidate must provide documentation of the percentage (%) that the university, college, or institution granted them along with their degree certificate.

Skills

  • c. Applicants in the last semester who plan to finish the course before the appointment are also eligible to apply. If chosen, however, enrolment will only occur following successful completion of the test with the necessary minimum score.
  • If desired, a candidate with relevant post-qualification experience need only apply.
  • b. Experience in non-profit organisations, work in the classroom, teaching, research, internships, and projects are all part of the academic program and are not, unless otherwise noted, regarded as experience.
  • c. The candidate must have experience certificates or other documentation from both the former and current employers that explicitly state the duration of employment, the salary received, and the position held.
  • d. C-DAC's judgement about experience will be final. Work experience that is listed without accompanieding documentation will not be taken into account and may be refused or terminated without warning.
  • e. The pay range indicated for each position is the beginning salary for the minimum amount of experience needed for that particular post. As per C-DAC Policy, candidates having more experience in line with the specified experience bracket would be considered for further increments.
  • e. The wage range indicated for each position corresponds to the minimum experience needed for that particular post. Candidates who have more experience in line with the specified experience bracket will be eligible for further raises in accordance with C-DAC policy.
