Responsibilities

  • Proficiency in written and spoken English (voice)
  • A desktop or laptop with a minimum internet speed of 25 Mbps
  • Laptop or computer with internet connectivity (minimum 25 Mbps)
  • Hardware prerequisites:
  • a minimum of 720p HD webcam.
  • a headset with noise cancelling.
  • In the event of an emergency or power loss, a backup power source, backup laptop, and backup internet device.
  • For your primary computer, we recommend at least an Intel Core i5 processor with 8 GB of RAM or more.
  • Intel Core i3 with 4 GB RAM is the minimal specification advised for your backup computer.
