We are looking for a Pre-Sales Associate Intern to join the passionate Codingal team.

Responsibilities
- Leverage telecalling to existing signup users to generate leads and conversions.
- Work on LeadSquared CRM and telecalling tools like 3CX for day-to-day tasks.
- Initiate outbound calls to existing users of Codingal for lead generation for trial booking.
- Conduct outbound calls to qualify leads, as well as follow up with reminder calls.
- Conduct CNA (customer need assessment) for every lead.
Qualifications
- Clear, concise, and effective written and oral communication skills in English & Hindi
- Empathy towards customers and understanding their needs.
- Learning mindset and the right attitude to adapt in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
- Ability to multi-task and manage tasks effectively.
- Ability to ask the right questions and qualify a customer’s needs.
- Understand the regional nuances of the designated market
