Job Description

operate as the main point of contact for all inquiries regarding GSM services.

Organize correspondence with clients and outside suppliers using Salesforce CRM.

Examining, answering, and starting each and every client request

Conducting investigations and assessing the regulatory standards required for corporation filings

Coordinate with a third-party vendor on behalf of the client to handle any annual compliance and transactional filings.

Communicate and collect requirements necessary for KYC Due Diligence

Answer inquiries from clients and give real-time status updates

Assist clients and/or vendors in calling to provide them information on the progress of ongoing projects.

Ensure that all customer data in our company records and entity management apps is accurate.

Education Qualifications
