JOB DESCRIPTION:
Join the team which provides dedicated content management support to the Marketing Digital team, delivering quality, timely page builds and updates to the corporate website, associated external platforms and the intranet. We are specifically looking for professionals with technical knowledge and experience in content management systems – (preferably Adobe Experience Manager and HTML).

What you will do
As a member of the Digital team, you will be responsible for:
- Provide day to day support for content postings on web platforms (Adobe Experience Manager)
- Follow established document workflow standards for publishing and processing content.
- Follow Deloitte standards for creating HTML pages.
- Searching the database to confirm submitted content is not a duplicate of materials already published in the portal. Cleanse documents to remove client confidential information based on the confidentiality and intellectual property guidelines
- Communicate with Belgium clients for projects including project planning, reporting.
- Derive insights and develop client recommendations.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to design solutions.
- Build industry and services knowledge.
- Manage web inquiries and RFP leads via Deloitte.com
- Proactively interact with the Belgium Digital team in managing the project pipeline and volumes of publishing
- Manage projects to ensure agreed upon deadlines – following efficient workflow requirements – to meet stakeholder expectations.
- Ability to grasp the fundamentals of work, learn new technologies and processes.
- Work with the technology teams for testing new platform functionalities and reporting issues, carry out SEO exercises for optimum user/visitor experience
Work Location: Hyderabad
Education Required:
- Bachelor’s / Post Graduate Degree
- 0-1 years of work experience, preferably in a content management/knowledge management organization

- Ability to work across cultures and in a virtual environment
- Proficiency in MS Office, specifically MS Word and PowerPoint; basic knowledge of MS Excel is an advantage
- Good client management and relationship building skills
- Good written & oral communication skills
- Teaming skills
Preferred:
- Knowledge of branding and content workflow guidelines standards
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
