Responsibilities
- Within the End User Technology team, which also comprises Application and Desktop Support, the main duty is Desktop Administration. This is done by utilizing the platforms and technology that are currently in use while adhering to the agreed-upon scope and SLAs.

- At Deloitte, the end user technology (client admin) team is in charge of overseeing, managing, and providing support for end user operating systems, drivers, and apps on hardware such as laptops, MacBooks, iPhones, and printers. We make that Deloitte complies with all legal, regulatory, security, and client obligations while taking this protective responsibility extremely seriously.
Education Qualifications
- Managing, regulating, and providing support for end user operating systems, drivers, and applications on devices such as laptops, MacBooks, iPhones, and printers is the responsibility of the End User Technology (Client Admin) team at Deloitte. - Operating Systems for clients and Office 365
- Windows 10, Windows 11, macOS, and iPhones from the corporation.
- O365: Fixing Issues with Word, Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and
- Citrix Desktop, Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD), and Remote Desktop Services.
- End-user device vulnerability (security) management.
- basic familiarity with PowerShell and VBScript scripting.
- Possess strong direct user-interaction skills and be able to involve peer teams and senior administrators in the execution of applications and projects, as well as provide support when needed.
