To that end, we’ve eschewed the conventional approaches to the business, growing instead through a strong emphasis on educational content, smooth influencer & brand integrations, and word-of-mouth marketing. Currently, we’re seeking to establish a robust performance marketing division, whose goals are to maximize ROI and bring in high-quality leads for Ditto, in line with our business divisions (health insurance & term insurance) & services (hotline & chat support). What you will do

Management of Campaigns:

-Create, implement, and oversee campaigns for social media, display, retargeting, and search across all paid marketing platforms.
-Keep an eye on and tweak campaigns to get high-quality leads at a reduced cost per lead.

-Use A/B testing to raise conversion rates and ad performance.
– Control campaign spending and performance by forecasting, pacing, and managing campaign budgets.
– Must be able to map the leads from individual campaigns’ end-level conversions and comprehend our digital ecosystem.
– Make insightful decisions by thoroughly analyzing campaigns, keywords, Adcopies, and locations.

Channel expertise: – Keep up with the most recent developments in digital advertising and performance marketing trends and best practices.
– Continue to have in-depth understanding of the main search engine marketing networks, such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Bing Ads.
Investigate and assess fresh platforms for performance marketing where

Higher quality lead opportunities are available.

Content and Creative: Collaborate closely with the teams in charge of content and creative to create eye-catching advertisements, pictures, or videos that support campaign goals.

Education Requirement

Experience in the above mentioned requirements are highly preferable

Good to have skills
