Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Increase customer engagement and retention by working with and empowering global service delivery groups to implement client retention life cycle structure change programs, then follow through on them to persuade colleagues to take appropriate action.
  • Maintain constant communication with international stakeholders in order to provide them with deep insights into client objectives, translate priorities into actionable insights, and match Gartner resources and product offerings to client requirements in order to empower the stakeholders to increase client experience.
  • Assist the stakeholders in renewal pitches and retention by evaluating the qualitative and quantitative value produced by Gartner solutions and assets for clients at various phases of the client retention cycle. Clearly state and record the findings in relation to the client's key areas.
  • Help the service delivery team produce insights using the diagnostic tools provided by Gartner. Determine opportunities and gaps, then provide remedial measures using Gartner resources.
  • Motivate Improved service productivity for our worldwide service personnel through operational excellence
  • Show that you have the ability to get input from stakeholders and use internal analysis and metrics to find ways to enhance the services that you provide to them.
  • Effectively coordinate communications, business analysis, and formal presentations. Liaise with internal stakeholders and high management.

Education Qualifications

  • enrolling in graduate school in any field
