Responsibilities

  • Collaborate closely with the Salesforce team to configure Sales Cloud, aligning it precisely with business requirements. Provide ongoing support and assistance to sales teams in their use of Salesforce throughout their processes. This includes customizing fields, page layouts, workflows, and validation rules within Sales Cloud to optimize efficiency. Contribute to data migration efforts, guaranteeing data accuracy and integrity. Actively participate in data cleansing, deduplication, and enrichment activities to maintain data quality. Troubleshoot issues promptly and effectively address user questions and concerns. Conduct comprehensive training sessions to enhance Sales Cloud platform utilization among sales personnel. Meticulously document all configuration changes, processes, and best practices. Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams on Salesforce-related projects. Remain current on Salesforce updates, new features, and best practices to continuously improve Sales Cloud implementation. Manage the creation and deactivation of Salesforce user accounts, establishing appropriate permission sets for each user. Develop custom objects, custom fields, validation rules, and formula fields to extend functionality. Provide technical support for Sales-related applications such as Gong, LinkedIn, ZoomInfo, and other integrated tools. Manage sandbox environments for development, testing, and training purposes. Generate detailed reports and dashboards tailored specifically for the needs of sales users. Configure and manage email templates, communication workflows, and security settings to optimize communication and data security. Engage in continuous learning to stay abreast of the latest advancements in Salesforce technologies. Conduct regular audits to ensure consistent data quality and compliance. Implement automation using Process Builder, Flows, and Apex triggers to streamline processes.

Education Qualification

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a closely related field.

Skills

  • A basic understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud concepts is preferred.
  • Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, crucial for effective teamwork.
  • Demonstrate an analytical mindset with a proven ability to problem-solve efficiently and learn new concepts rapidly.
