Responsibilities

• This role requires significant interaction with senior leadership, including department heads and C-suite executives. You will be expected to independently manage and drive projects with these stakeholders, collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams to achieve impactful results. Responsibilities include: partnering with business and product management teams to identify, track, and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and their underlying drivers; working closely with engineering and research teams to design, develop, and implement data analysis systems capable of processing massive datasets and extracting actionable insights for business, marketing, and product teams; designing and developing algorithms for extracting information from large datasets; establishing scalable, efficient, and automated processes for model development, validation, implementation, and large-scale data analysis; creating metrics and prototypes to inform key business decisions; providing critical support for senior management reviews and investor meetings on a regular basis; and designing and automating scorecards and reports for both internal and external stakeholders.

Education Qualification

• 2-6 Years of experience in a relevant Analytics role.

Skills

• Exceptional proficiency in SQL is required. Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, and Looker Studio is essential. The ideal candidate will possess strong problem-solving skills, a structured and analytical approach to work, a process-oriented mindset, proactive initiative, and a demonstrated ability to take ownership of projects from start to finish. Strong leadership and project management skills are also critical for success in this role. The candidate should be comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and be able to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences.
