We are actively seeking highly motivated and talented Networking Engineers and Service Desk professionals to become valuable members of our dynamic team in Bangalore. The ideal candidates will be responsible for providing exceptional technical support and diligently maintaining our critical network infrastructure, ensuring consistently optimal performance, high levels of availability, and seamless operations. Responsibilities

  • * Provide comprehensive first-level and second-level support for a wide range of network and desktop related issues reported by users.
  • * Effectively troubleshoot and resolve hardware malfunctions, software errors, and network connectivity problems, ensuring minimal disruption.
  • * Install, configure, and maintain a variety of network devices, including routers, switches, and firewalls, adhering to industry best practices.
  • * Proactively monitor network performance, identify potential bottlenecks or areas for improvement, and implement optimization strategies.
  • * Manage and resolve service desk tickets in a timely and professional manner, meeting established service level agreements (SLAs).
  • * Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of solutions, troubleshooting steps, and standard operating procedures for future reference.
  • * Escalate complex or unresolved issues to senior engineers or specialized teams for further investigation and resolution, ensuring seamless collaboration.

Education Qualification

  • * Bachelor's degree (BE/B.Tech) in Computer Science Engineering (CSE), Information Technology (IT), Electronics and Communication Engineering (ECE), Electrical and Electronics Engineering (EEE), or another related IT field.
  • * Eligible graduation years: 2021, 2022, 2023 or 2024, welcoming recent graduates and experienced candidates.
  • * A consistent academic record with a minimum of 60% aggregate in 10th standard, 12th standard, and Graduation to demonstrate academic excellence.

Skills

  • * Solid understanding of Networking Fundamentals, including TCP/IP protocol suite, Domain Name System (DNS), and Dynamic Host Configuration Protocol (DHCP).
  • * Proficient troubleshooting skills for diagnosing and resolving hardware failures, software conflicts, and network connectivity issues effectively.
  • * Practical experience with Service Desk ticketing systems, such as ServiceNow, Jira Service Management, or similar platforms, for incident management.
  • * Working knowledge of Operating Systems, including Windows and Linux environments, for system administration and troubleshooting.
  • * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, coupled with a strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service and building rapport with users.
  • * Basic understanding of network security principles and best practices to ensure network integrity and data protection.
