Responsibilities
- In this high-energy, results-oriented environment, you will leverage your exceptional communication, organizational, and time management skills to provide seamless support to both our customers and internal teams. Success in this role demands confidence, efficiency, positivity, and a proactive approach to navigating a high-volume virtual customer and team interaction environment. As the initial point of contact for our customers, you will be responsible for welcoming them, engaging with their inquiries, and efficiently directing them to appropriate representatives. Your ability to collaborate effectively, prioritize tasks, and manage your time is paramount. All interactions at HighLevel, including those with customers, peers, and supervisors, require video conferencing. Specific responsibilities include:
- * Greeting customers virtually and directing them to the appropriate team member.
- * Managing video calls and chat communications, routing customers as needed.
- * Collaborating with managers and support representatives to connect customers via Zoom.
- * Developing and implementing best practices for virtual waiting room etiquette and maintaining a positive Zoom environment.
- * Educating customers on available chat and Zoom support features.
- * Providing constructive feedback to leadership to enhance the customer experience.
- * Scheduling and connecting senior specialists with customers.
- * Facilitating urgent escalations by collaborating with managers and senior specialists.
- * Performing other duties as assigned, adapting to evolving business requirements.

- What You’ll Bring:
- * High school diploma or GED is required.
- * Prior experience as a receptionist, scheduler, administrative/clerical assistant, or in a similar role is preferred.
- * Proficiency with online calendars and scheduling tools (e.g., Google Calendar) is preferred.
- * Experience handling a high volume of calls and resolving customer issues is preferred.
- * Excellent communication skills across phone, email, and instant messaging platforms are essential.
- * Exceptional organizational skills to maintain accurate records and access crucial information efficiently.
