Responsibilities
- **Customer Relationship Management:**
- * Maintain comprehensive ownership of the customer relationship for each "AI employee" throughout the entire customer lifecycle.
- * Actively monitor new sales events and collaborate closely with customers to ensure seamless account setup and configuration.
- * Execute the initial setup procedures, encompassing the following key tasks:
- * Configure and deploy Voice AI and Conversation AI agents for each customer account.
- * Set up and optimize Reviews AI and Content AI functionalities.
- * Develop and implement necessary custom fields, calendars, and workflows to effectively support the AI agents.
- **Onboarding and Support:**
- * Provide exceptional client support, addressing and resolving technical and setup challenges encountered during the onboarding process.
- * Maintain close collaboration with developers, testers, and product teams to guarantee the smooth and efficient deployment of new AI features and updates.
- * Proactively gather user feedback and implement necessary actions to ensure high levels of user satisfaction and continuous improvement.
- **Compliance and Updates:**
- * Maintain a current understanding of the latest industry guidelines and best practices related to AI tool usage and ensure strict adherence to compliance standards.
- * Prepare and deliver regular reports encompassing product updates, user feedback, and key usage metrics to the management team. These reports should offer actionable insights to inform decision-making and strategic planning.
Education Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a closely related field.
Skills
- * Proven experience managing customer accounts and deployments, with a demonstrable preference for experience with AI tools.
- * Strong proficiency in utilizing various task management tools, dashboards, and troubleshooting techniques related to prompt engineering and AI model interactions.
- * Comprehensive familiarity with OpenAI technologies and prompt engineering best practices.
- * Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration and client interaction.
- * Advanced proficiency in data entry and the coordination of data across multiple systems, with specific expertise in Google Sheets or comparable spreadsheet software.
- * Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, and demanding work environment, consistently delivering high-quality results under pressure.
- * Exceptional attention to detail and strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- * Proven ability to work effectively both independently and as a collaborative team member.
