Responsibilities

  • **Serving Our Diverse Customer Base:** HighLevel supports a broad range of clients, including over 60,000 agencies and entrepreneurs and 450 million businesses worldwide. This diverse clientele encompasses small and medium-sized businesses and large enterprises, representing a wide spectrum of industries and sectors.
  • **Key Responsibilities:**
  • * Actively identify, engage, and cultivate new customer relationships.
  • * Meticulously align HighLevel solutions with individual customer goals, needs, and objectives.
  • * Develop strong, professional rapport with a robust pipeline of prospective clients through proactive inbound customer engagement, maximizing trial conversions.
  • * Acquire a thorough understanding of the HighLevel platform's Value Proposition (Capture, Nurture, Close) and effectively communicate its benefits to positively impact trial-to-paid conversion rates.
  • * Conduct comprehensive consultative trial engagements (via Zoom) within HighLevel's sales process.
  • * Effectively utilize diverse communication channels – including phone, SMS, email, ticketed support, and live Zoom interactions – to provide exceptional trial experiences and guide customers towards becoming paying clients.
  • * Collaborate closely with customers and cross-functional teams to identify and implement compelling solutions tailored to their specific requirements.
  • * Demonstrate sound judgment in developing and executing effective strategies to achieve desired outcomes, adhering to industry best practices.
  • * Provide necessary technical support to customers during their trial period, recognizing that increased engagement leads to enhanced conversion opportunities.
  • * Undertake other duties as assigned or modified to meet evolving business demands.

Education Qualification

  • * A Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience within the SaaS industry is highly preferred.
  • * 0-2 years of prior customer service experience or a related role is desirable; experience in Sales Development or Technical Sales is a significant advantage.

Skills

  • * Possess a strong technical aptitude to effectively assist HighLevel users in maximizing the platform's capabilities.
  • * Experience with technical documentation and presentation skills is preferred.
  • * Working knowledge of CRM systems, marketing automation tools, social media management, social media advertising, website/funnel building, and SEO.
  • * Proven ability to effectively utilize and learn various CRM platforms and communication systems.
  • * Strong working knowledge of Google Suite, Zoom, Slack, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other social media platforms is highly preferred.
  • * Exceptional time management, organizational, and interpersonal communication skills (both verbal and written) are essential.
  • * Demonstrated self-motivation to maintain consistent contact with customers, management, and colleagues.
  • * Ability to clearly and effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • * Strong critical thinking, communication, and creative problem-solving abilities.
  • * Capacity to quickly learn and master new, complex software platforms.
  • * Self-starter with a positive attitude, a commitment to continuous professional development, and the ability to adapt to a dynamic, growing team environment.
