Collaborate with internal product owners and a highly skilled, agile team of technologists within a large multinational organization, leveraging best-in-class software development practices. You will be part of a vibrant, collaborative environment comprised of multiple scrum teams. These teams are cross-functional and include scrum masters, business analysts, user experience designers, front-end and back-end developers, and quality assurance engineers, all working together to deliver high-quality products. Responsibilities
- This position is open to all qualified applicants. Responsibilities will include eliciting, analyzing, documenting, and validating business requirements; collaborating closely with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle; facilitating workshops and meetings; creating user stories and acceptance criteria; and ensuring alignment between business needs and technical solutions. Additional responsibilities may include supporting the implementation and ongoing improvement of agile methodologies within the team.
Education Qualification
- While experience is valued, candidates from diverse backgrounds and with varying levels of experience are encouraged to apply. Demonstrated potential and a strong work ethic are key considerations.
Skills
- · Proven experience in Scrum / Agile methodologies, with a demonstrable track record of writing effective user stories and acceptance criteria using Behavioral Driven Development (BDD). This includes proficiency in defining clear acceptance criteria to ensure high quality deliverables.
- · Significant business analysis experience within a complex, global organization; experience working within a matrixed organizational structure is highly desirable.
- · Proven ability to effectively capture, analyze, and document complex business requirements, ensuring clarity and accuracy in representation. This includes experience with different elicitation techniques and documenting requirements using various methods (e.g., user stories, use cases, process flows).
- · Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders at all levels and negotiate effectively to achieve consensus. This includes experience presenting complex information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- · Superior presentation and facilitation skills, with the ability to lead and moderate effective workshops and meetings. Experience with facilitation techniques such as JAD sessions and sprint planning meetings is a plus.
- · Exceptional problem-solving, analytical, research, and process mapping skills. Experience with process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma) is beneficial.
- · Excellent written communication skills, adept at crafting both technical and non-technical documentation with clarity, precision, and accuracy. This includes experience creating various types of documentation such as requirements specifications, user manuals, and training materials.
- · A strong customer-centric approach, demonstrating a commitment to exceeding customer expectations and consistently delivering high-quality results. Experience working with global customers across different time zones is highly advantageous.
