What you will do
As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for enhancing the team you are assigned to and its reporting tools, procedures, and methodologies. In addition, you will develop and provide weekly, monthly, and quarterly metrics that are essential for monitoring and overseeing the company. You will strategically handle several requests at once and prioritize them as needed.
You will actively collaborate with internal partners throughout the whole company to fulfill and surpass KPIs pertaining to transportation and customer service standards. You’ll come up with logical, workable answers to challenging issues and competently oversee initiatives that fall under your jurisdiction. You will preserve outstanding connections with our users—indeed, you will speak out for them—while keeping your team’s commercial objectives in mind.
Education Requirement
Good to have skills
- 1+ years of experience as a Business Analyst
- Proficiency in Advanced Excel and Advanced SQL (must-have) – Python is Plus
- Understanding of basic statistics and probability concepts
- Proven problem-solving skills
