As Intern - Talent Acquisition, you’ll join us in making data-backed decisions to make Meesho the most sought-after place to work.

Responsibilities

  • In your role as HR Intern-Talent Acquisition, you will collaborate closely with the TA team and assist in managing the hiring process for all of our open positions. You'll work with data and gain insight into the workings of a team that is driven by metrics. Additionally, you'll help the team with dashboard and report preparation.

Education Qualifications

  • Freshmen are welcome to apply; 0–1 years of comparable experience is preferred.
  • Required: Graduate or Post-Graduation.
  • preferred experience with hiring in a large-scale, rapidly expanding company.
  • Capacity to interact with applicants and stakeholders in an efficient manner.

Skills

  • Work together with all parties involved by providing a robust orientation for candidates, employees, and graduates.
