We seek an Associate to join our team and contribute substantially to the expansion of our children's apparel offerings. Responsibilities
- * Actively participate in brand development, range planning, and product development using data-driven insights.
- * Collaborate closely with the Planning and Pricing team to optimize scale, inventory, OTB (Open-to-Buy), and capacity planning.
- * Manage orders (OIs/POs), incoming shipments, cataloging, and process improvement initiatives.
- * Drive sales and profitability growth to ensure sustainable business expansion.
- * Cultivate strong relationships with brand partners, positioning Myntra as the preferred platform for both customers and brands.
- * Scale existing brands on the platform through continuous optimization of selection, catalog management, and marketing strategies.
- * Identify gaps in the product portfolio and onboard or develop new brands to fill these unmet needs.
- * Plan and manage on-app category visibility.
- * Analyze data from various sources, creating, maintaining, and consolidating comprehensive reports.
- * Demonstrate operational excellence: Possess prior experience or a thorough understanding of daily operational tasks related to cataloging, pricing, merchandising, and discount monitoring.
- * Stay abreast of industry trends and competitive landscapes within the kidswear market.
- * Work with the cataloging team to manage product photography, content creation, and ensure accurate product information is shared; continuously improve processes to enhance the customer experience.
- * Undertake special projects as needed to improve overall category performance and customer experience.

- * Proven ability to work independently and effectively in a demanding, fast-paced, and sometimes ambiguous environment.
- * Meticulous attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills.
- * Strong analytical skills, comfortable with numbers, and capable of generating and interpreting forecasts and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- * Ability to collaborate effectively with various internal departments to ensure seamless consumer touchpoints and consistent messaging across all channels.
- * Experience in sales, fashion, or vendor management is preferred.
