Responsibilities
- * Conduct comprehensive and in-depth market research to identify and strategically target potential banks and large financial institutions, proactively uncovering valuable business opportunities and understanding their evolving needs.
- * Generate high-quality, qualified leads through proactive prospecting efforts, building meticulously targeted outreach lists, and effectively qualifying prospects to ensure a robust and healthy sales pipeline that converts.
- * Collaborate closely and proactively with the marketing team to plan, execute, and meticulously optimize multi-channel outreach campaigns utilizing email, LinkedIn, and WhatsApp, diligently tracking campaign performance, analyzing key metrics, and recommending data-driven improvements for maximum impact and ROI.
- * Meticulously manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date sales data within the CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system, generating insightful reports and dashboards to enhance overall sales performance, improve strategic decision-making, and track progress towards achieving key sales objectives and targets.
- * Identify and proactively address gaps and inefficiencies in the sales process by proactively suggesting and implementing innovative optimization strategies, including the seamless integration of automation tools to streamline outreach efforts, improve conversion rates, and ultimately maximize overall efficiency.
- * Foster seamless collaboration and open communication between the sales, marketing, and product teams to streamline workflows, support the development of compelling and persuasive proposals and presentations, and ensure alignment on key messaging across all channels.
Education Qualification
- * 1-3 years of proven and demonstrable experience in sales operations, business development, or marketing roles, consistently demonstrating a strong track record of success in a similar fast-paced and target-driven environment.
- * Possess strong analytical and research skills, with the proven ability to gather, meticulously interpret, and effectively present complex data in a clear and concise manner to inform strategic decision-making at various levels of the organization.
- * Experience in email marketing and LinkedIn outreach is highly desirable, with a solid understanding of industry best practices for effectively engaging prospects, nurturing leads, and driving conversions through targeted messaging and personalized outreach.
- * Exhibit excellent communication (both written and verbal) and organizational abilities, with the demonstrated capacity to clearly and concisely articulate complex information, effectively manage multiple priorities simultaneously, and maintain a consistently high level of attention to detail.
- * Demonstrate proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for comprehensive data management and analysis, with the proven ability to create insightful reports, manipulate large datasets, and extract meaningful insights to effectively support sales efforts and optimize performance.
