Responsibilities

• * Translating designs and wireframes into high-quality, responsive code.
• * Developing reusable UI components using React. (Ensuring a consistent look and feel across the platform)
• * Understanding existing architecture and building features on top of it. (Contributing to the ongoing evolution and expansion of our platform)
• * Building reusable components for future use across the platform. (Promoting code efficiency and maintainability for long-term scalability)
• * Working with open-source libraries to enhance functionality and efficiency. (Staying up-to-date with the latest technologies and best practices)
• * Writing maintainable and well-documented code, adhering to clean coding guidelines. (Ensuring code clarity and ease of collaboration among team members)
• * Troubleshooting and debugging issues reported by users and the QA team. (Maintaining a high level of platform stability and user satisfaction)
• * Collaborating with project managers, designers, and peer developers to deliver impactful features. (Working cohesively to achieve shared project goals and deadlines)
• * Aligning with Agile principles and adhering to Sprint methodologies for efficient project management. (Participating in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospective meetings)
• * Hiring and mentoring Software Development Interns, fostering their growth and development. (Guiding and supporting the next generation of tech talent through practical experience)
• * Ensuring code quality through unit and integration testing. (Proactively identifying and resolving potential issues before deployment).

Education Qualification

• * Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and TypeScript. (Essential for building modern and dynamic web applications)
• * Proven experience working with React and understanding tools like Babel, Webpack, and NPM. (Demonstrated ability to develop complex UI components using React best practices)
• * Well-versed with the React ecosystem, including React Router, Hooks, and Create React App (CRA). (Comfortable navigating and utilizing the full range of React features and tools)
• * Experience with state management libraries like Mobx or Redux (or similar alternatives). (Ability to manage application state efficiently and effectively)
• * Solid understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles. (Foundation for writing well-structured and maintainable code)
• * Knowledge of building user-friendly and accessible web applications that adhere to Web standards (Accessibility, SEO, etc.). (Commitment to creating inclusive and optimized web experiences)
• * Experience working with RESTful APIs and backend services for data integration. (Ability to seamlessly connect frontend and backend systems)
• * Familiarity with Git for version control and collaborative development. (Proficient in using Git for code management, branching, and merging)
• * A problem-solving and solution-seeking mindset, with a proactive approach to challenges. (Demonstrated ability to overcome obstacles and find creative solutions)
• * Bonus: Experience writing unit and integration tests (Jest, Cypress) with high code coverage. (Ensuring code reliability and minimizing potential bugs)
