The position of Associate Provider Service Representative is open at Optum!
Responsibilities
- To ensure that pricing information is correctly loaded into systems, interpret and/or validate contract language, information, and intent.
- In order to correctly load pricing information into systems, interpret and/or validate contract language, information, and intent.
- Examine current contracts to find any potential concerns or anything that need to be corrected.
- Contribute ideas or comments on initiatives pertaining to company policies and processes.
- Determine and/or put into practice viable long-term fixes to stop reoccurring concerns and problems (e.g., training, process improvements)
- Observe the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (including, but not restricted to, decisions about alternative work arrangements, transfers and/or reassignments to new locations, changes in teams and/or shifts, and policies regarding flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment). The Company shall have full discretion to adopt, modify, or revoke these policies and instructions, and shall not be restricted in any way from doing so.
Education Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (applications from B.Tech, BE, MBA, B.Pharm, M.Pharm, BCA, and MCA are not accepted)
