Responsibilities
- **Data Development & Integration:**
- * Design, develop, and implement robust data workflows utilizing SSIS to automate the extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) of data.
- * Construct interactive dashboards and reports using PowerBI / Tableau, providing actionable insights to key business stakeholders.
- **Client & Business Interaction:**
- * Collaborate closely with stakeholders to translate complex business requirements into clear technical specifications and manageable tasks.
- **Independent Problem Solving & Execution:**
- * Proactively identify areas for improvement, proposing innovative solutions and driving projects to successful completion.
- * Efficiently troubleshoot and resolve technical issues to ensure consistently high service levels.
- **Continuous Improvement & Learning:**
- * Maintain a current understanding of industry trends and best practices in data analytics, business intelligence, and cloud technologies.
- * Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to optimize processes, tools, and overall organizational performance.
- * Adhere to all employment contract terms, company policies and procedures, and directives, including but not limited to potential transfers, reassignments, changes in teams or work shifts, flexible work arrangements, and other adjustments necessitated by evolving business needs. The company retains the right to modify or revoke these policies at its discretion.
Education Qualification
- Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) or Master of Computer Applications (MCA) degree.
- Proficiency in Python, Pyspark, and Snowflake is required.
- Strong foundational knowledge of SQL, SSIS/Alteryx/ADF, and Power BI/Tableau is essential.
Skills
- * Proven experience leveraging SQL, SSIS/Alteryx/ADF, and PowerBI/Tableau within a data analytics or business intelligence context.
- * Experience with Python, Pyspark, and Snowflake (Secondary, but valued).
- * Demonstrated ability to work with extensive datasets and optimize data workflows for maximum efficiency.
- * A strong understanding of business requirements gathering, data-driven decision-making, and effective stakeholder management.
- * Solid proficiency in data modeling, data analysis, ETL processes, and the development of insightful dashboards and reports.
- * Proven capacity to work independently and effectively manage multiple priorities within a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- * Exceptional problem-solving skills coupled with a proactive ("go-getter") attitude and a consistent track record of delivering results under pressure and meeting tight deadlines.
