Job description

Paytm Insider is seeking to appoint Business Development Interns who will assist us in growing our footprint in the West. Our goal is to develop engaging and innovative programs for neighborhood organizers and locations all around the city. The Business Development Intern will work with local organizers, venues, and partners to build relationships. They will also support the regional manager in accelerating deal closures and ensuring customer satisfaction.

What you will do

  • In charge of upholding designated client relationships.
  • Engage with internal teams to ensure that marketing campaigns and payment processing for each event listing run smoothly.
  • Point of contact for all small- and medium-sized organizers to ensure the seamless operation of the accounts and paperwork
  • In charge of answering and resolving questions. Taking care of incoming inquiries from customers
  • To achieve customer satisfaction, determine and evaluate the needs of the organizer and the venue, gather feedback, and distribute it to the appropriate teams.

Education Requirement

Experience in the above mentioned requirements are highly preferable
