Job Description

The HR Operations Assistant Coordinator will be responsible for the accurate and timely execution of daily transactional tasks within the employee lifecycle (hire-to-retire). This role operates under the direct supervision of a manager, adhering to a defined service catalog and service level agreements (SLAs). The position focuses on delivering standardized transactions utilizing established HR systems and tools, ensuring process compliance. This role is based at the India Global Business Services (GBS) site. The work will involve a range of HR operational tasks contributing to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the HR function.

Responsibilities

  • * Develop a thorough understanding of all HR systems and tools utilized by the HR Operations team, ensuring proficiency in their application.
  • * Achieve a comprehensive grasp of all HR processes managed by the Employee Services (ES) team, paying close attention to data accuracy and integrity to maintain the reliability of HR information.
  • * Manage and maintain the accuracy and completeness of employee database information, ensuring data quality and consistency.
  • * Consistently deliver services in a timely manner, meeting or exceeding defined service level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs), contributing to operational efficiency and actively seeking opportunities for continuous improvement.
  • * Maintain accountability for the accuracy and integrity of all data managed.
  • * Provide high-quality customer service and maintain operational excellence in all interactions and processes.
  • * Demonstrate flexibility and willingness to work rotating shifts as required to support operational needs.

Education Qualification

  • •Any Graduate (excluding Engineering Graduates), MBA Fresher candidates are welcome to apply.
  • •Preference will be given to candidates with 0-6 months of experience, but fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Skills

  • • Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) are essential for effective interaction with colleagues and stakeholders.
