JOB DESCRIPTION:

Working as a Customer Experience (CX)-focused Data Insights Analyst, you are going to be essential in turning data into engaging narratives that inform our customer engagement strategies.

In order to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities to raise client pleasure and loyalty, you will examine consumer data.

Your knack for analysis and narrative will impact business decisions and help mould the entire customer experience.

What you will do

    • Data analysis: Gather, handle, and examine significant datasets pertaining to communications with and opinions from customers. Find patterns, trends, and insights to enhance the clientele’s experience.

    • Using Data to Tell Stories: Create engrossing stories that successfully convey the meaning behind the numbers by utilising data insights. Present data-driven narratives to stakeholders in order to elicit action and change.

    • Reporting and Visualisation: Create and keep up reports and dashboards to share insights with stakeholders. For the purpose of presenting complex data in an intelligible style, employ data visualisation techniques.

    • Client Perspectives: Collaborate closely with the CX team to pinpoint customer journey areas that could use innovation and improvement. Offer insights to improve client retention and happiness.

    • Cooperation: To guarantee a comprehensive approach to customer care, collaborate with cross-functional teams from marketing, product development, and customer support.

Education Required:

  • Exp
  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Business Analytics, or a related field. A master’s degree is a plus.

  • strong command of programming languages and tools for data analysis, such as R, Python, and SQL.
    familiarity with programs for data visualisation such as Tableau, Power BI, or others.

    It is preferred to have knowledge of customer experience measurements and procedures.

    Excellent storytelling and communication abilities, with the capacity to engage non-technical stakeholders with complicated data findings.

    Capacity to operate both individually and jointly in a hectic setting.
