Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries promptly and effectively, resolving any challenges they encounter;
  • Proactively identify recurring issues or areas for improvement and escalate these to the appropriate team;
  • Prioritize customer satisfaction by actively soliciting and monitoring user feedback;
  • Collaborate closely with product development teams to address identified issues and incorporate valuable customer insights; This includes providing regular feedback and suggestions for product enhancement.

Education Qualification

  • Demonstrated experience providing exceptional customer support via live chat platforms;
  • Native-level fluency in English (written and spoken) is essential.

Skills

  • Exceptional technical aptitude and analytical problem-solving skills;
  • Capacity to develop proactive and creative solutions to customer challenges;
  • Superb written and verbal communication skills;
  • A keen ability to empathize with and understand diverse customer needs;
