Responsibilities

Education Qualification

• A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a closely related field is highly preferred, providing a solid foundation in HR principles and practices.
• Demonstrated experience in talent acquisition, with a specific focus on sourcing and recruiting for technical positions within technology-driven organizations.
• Proficiency with various sourcing methods and tools, including LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, specialized job boards, social media platforms, and candidate relationship management (CRM) systems.
• A comprehensive understanding of technical skills and requirements for a wide range of roles in software development, IT infrastructure, data science, and related fields, enabling effective candidate evaluation.
