Responsibilities
- You will be a member of our front-line support team at Samsara Technologies India Private Limited, which is composed of highly qualified and experienced Technical Support Specialists. Answering phone and chat inquiries from customers for technical support will be your responsibility. You will be expected to manage your time so that you may be accessible to answer to our customers promptly, thus your work will be autonomous and fast-paced. In order to better serve our clients, you will collaborate with other support representatives at various support locations.
- Strong communication skills, demonstrated customer-facing abilities, and prior experience in a technical support job are essential. You should feel at ease with challenging technological problems and operating in a hurried phone support setting.
Education Qualifications
- a bachelor's degree or above in a technical field, such as engineering or computer science
- three to five years of experience working in technical product support
- Technical proficiency: You can deal with SaaS systems, communicate with engineers, and translate difficult technical concepts into simple terms.
- Interest in and capacity for working in a rapidly expanding workplace with shifting duties.
