We are looking for a recent graduate with a lot of drive to work as an incident management and reporting specialist on our team. In this position, you will handle incident logs and give timely, efficient help to both internal and external clients, all of which are critical to the seamless operation of our IT services. You will also manage different reporting and Excel duties as needed to meet operational requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Email handling and incident recording: Record any incidents you get via email. As soon as possible, reply to emails from clients (internal and external), offering assistance and information as required.
  • • Ticket management: In charge of creating, amending, and terminating tickets inside the ITSM application.
  • •Daily Reporting in Excel: Use Excel to generate daily reports. Metrics on the volume of incidents, response times, and other pertinent information may be included in these reports.
  • •Quality Checks: To guarantee correctness and adherence to defined protocols, carry out fundamental quality checks.
  • • Quality Checks: Verify accuracy and adherence to specified protocols by performing fundamental quality checks.
  • •Stakeholder Coordination: Manage incidents and diverse initiatives by coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.
  • •chores Associated with Excel and Reporting: Manage other chores pertaining to Excel as needed, aside from the daily reporting.

Education Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree, diploma, or technical degree (BCA, Btech, etc.) in computer science or a related discipline of similar standing.
