Job Description

SocialPilot is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Success Specialist to become an integral part of our growing team. You will be instrumental in building exceptional SaaS products within the dynamic Martech landscape, creating solutions that our customers genuinely value. You will collaborate within a highly engaged and supportive group of inventive problem solvers who share a deep commitment to innovation. This exciting role involves close collaboration with cross-functional product teams, which includes talented UX and UI designers, insightful product managers, skilled engineers, experienced customer success managers, and strategic marketing managers, all working together to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

This role is full-time, Remote, offering the flexibility to work from anywhere.

Responsibilities

  • Empower customers to fully comprehend the capabilities of SocialPilot as a robust product.
  • Thoroughly understand the specific use-cases that customers are aiming to achieve. Gain insights into their existing workflows to provide tailored support. Propose effective workarounds and alternative solutions where appropriate.
  • Serve as a vital conduit, informing the product team about existing gaps in the product and highlighting potential avenues for enhancement. Advocate for customer needs by helping prioritize product improvements based on your deep understanding of what matters most to our target customers. Don't hesitate to voice concerns and champion customer requirements, even if it means passionately advocating for change.
  • Proactively track product usage patterns for our priority customers, identifying opportunities to intervene and provide personalized assistance as needed to maximize their success.
  • Act as a central point of connection, effectively bridging the gap between the product, design, engineering, and marketing teams, ensuring that customer feedback and insights are effectively integrated into the development and refinement process.

Education Qualification

  • Possess a minimum of 2+ years of professional experience in any customer-facing role, demonstrating strong interpersonal and communication skills. OR, provide compelling evidence of a genuine customer empathy and a passion for understanding customer needs. A foundational understanding of product principles and software development methodologies is considered a valuable bonus.

Skills

  • Paramount Importance: Exceptional written communication skills are absolutely essential. You must demonstrate the ability to effectively understand, analyze, break down, and articulate complex problems and solutions with clarity and precision, without reliance on AI tools such as ChatGPT.
  • Willingness to work in a hybrid shift model, with a required overlap in working hours with US time zones, to effectively support our North American customer base.
  • Possess a good sense of humor and a positive attitude, contributing to a collaborative and enjoyable work environment.
