Job Description

SocialPilot is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Product Specialist to collaborate closely with both prospective clients and current customers, empowering them to maximize the value they receive from SocialPilot's robust platform. This role is critical in ensuring user satisfaction and driving product adoption.

Your core responsibility will involve actively engaging with prospects to thoroughly understand their unique business requirements, skillfully conducting compelling product demonstrations that highlight relevant features, and guiding them in evaluating the optimal fit of SocialPilot for their specific needs. Furthermore, you will collaborate with existing customers to facilitate their deeper understanding and optimal utilization of their SocialPilot subscription, ensuring they leverage the full potential of the platform. By gathering direct user feedback, you will contribute valuable insights that directly inform and influence product roadmaps and prioritization decisions.

You will maintain close collaboration with both the product development and customer success teams to ensure seamless communication and alignment on user needs.

This full-time remote position is based out of India and requires alignment with US business hours.

Responsibilities

  • Engage with potential clients to gain a comprehensive understanding of their social media management product needs and challenges.
  • Deliver engaging and informative live product demonstrations, guiding prospects in determining if SocialPilot aligns with their specific requirements and workflows.
  • Partner with existing customers to enhance their product awareness and drive increased utilization of SocialPilot's features and capabilities.
  • Relay valuable product enhancement feedback, gathered directly from users, to the technology and product teams to inform future development efforts.
  • Oversee customer onboarding processes, ensuring a smooth and successful transition for new users, and actively work to increase customer retention rates.
  • Collaborate on enterprise-level deals by crafting customized plans and solutions tailored to the unique needs of agencies and larger organizations.

Education Qualification

  • Minimum of 1 year of proven experience in a product, customer success, or sales role; experience with SaaS products is highly desirable.

Skills

  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and effectively communicate with diverse audiences.
