Responsibilities
- Your responsibilities as an Order Management Associate will include managing smooth transaction processing, developing knowledge of Quote to Order procedures, and offering unmatched client support. You will also be an integral part of contract Desk operations, helping to facilitate the seamless transition from contract talks to order fulfilment and guaranteeing accurate order-to-cash reports. Among your responsibilities will be:
- As an Order Management Associate, your responsibilities will include managing smooth transaction processing, developing a deep understanding of Quote to Order procedures, and offering unmatched customer support. Furthermore, you will be essential to contract Desk operations, guaranteeing correct order-to-cash reports and assisting with seamless transitions between contract talks and order fulfilment. You'll be responsible for the following:
- Order Administration Accountabilities:
- Order Processing: Quickly and effectively handle orders for different Line of Business products and services that are received from Partners, VADs, Contract Specialists, Sales Representatives, and Customers worldwide.
- Quotation Management: Offer precise and prompt quotes for hardware, education, licence and first-year support, contracting and quoting services, support renewals and education.
- Contract Management: Help draft, review, and oversee contracts while making sure they adhere to company guidelines and standards.
- Order tracking: Keep an eye on order status, handle order modifications, and guarantee prompt delivery of goods and services.
- Inventory control: Work together with the appropriate departments to maintain inventory levels and guarantee that goods are available for order fulfilment.
Education Qualifications
- Issue Resolution: Address order-related issues and discrepancies promptly, working closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to find effective solutions.
- an accounting bachelor's degree or its equivalent.
- possessing an accounting bachelor's degree or its equivalent.
- Relevant experience of 0–2 years, or 3–4 years for senior analysts
- strong prioritisation, communication, and analytical abilities.
- proficiency with spreadsheets in Excel.
Skills
- Experience with SAP, Oracle, and SFDC is preferred.
- Communication and Comprehension Skills: Proficient in both written and spoken language, with the capacity to understand and express complicated ideas.
- Strong analytical skills are necessary to assess data, spot trends, and reach well-informed conclusions.
- The capacity to establish a good connection and cultivate relationships with partners, clients, and coworkers is known as interpersonal skills.
