Responsibilities
- Conduct extensive research utilizing internet resources pertaining to capital markets.
- Perform in-depth research to extract specific data related to targeted industries, domains, and geographic regions, including contact information (email addresses, phone numbers) for key decision-makers, and relevant law or broker firms.
- Gather, analyze, and synthesize information on market size, key industry participants, teams, users, products, services, financial performance, and business forecasts.
- Ensure efficient and responsive data delivery by providing timely and relevant information to stakeholders.
- Conduct primary and secondary research on specific sectors and companies, including retrieval of deal data from SEC filings.
- Oversee and execute all production-level tasks, ensuring real-time adherence to established metrics, monitoring relevant queues, and tracking key performance indicators.
Qualifications
- Exceptional attention to detail and a structured approach to work.
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Proven financial research and analytical skills.
- Demonstrated proficiency in using and extracting data from various venture capital (VC) and information databases.
- Comprehensive knowledge of and proficiency in areas such as private equity, venture capital, private debt, secondaries, hedge funds, institutional investors, fundraising, deals, and alternative assets.
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com) with any specialization.
- Master of Business Administration (MBA)/Post Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM) in Finance or Master of Commerce (M.Com).
