Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive and role-specific job descriptions, ensuring accuracy and clarity.
- Publish job openings across a variety of job boards and social media platforms to maximize candidate reach and attract a diverse pool of applicants.
- Screen incoming applications diligently, employing established criteria to identify and shortlist qualified candidates for further consideration.
- Conduct initial screening interviews to evaluate candidates' suitability for open positions, assessing their skills, experience, and cultural fit, and effectively coordinating subsequent interview rounds with hiring managers and other stakeholders.
- Prepare and meticulously manage all necessary documentation for the seamless onboarding of new employees, ensuring a positive and efficient start to their employment.
- Contribute to the creation and maintenance of a comprehensive and accurate employee database, ensuring all records are up-to-date and compliant with relevant regulations.
- Provide support in ensuring that all HR documentation and processes strictly adhere to company policies and all applicable legal requirements, maintaining a high standard of compliance.
Education Qualification
- Must be a pre-final year or final year student pursuing a relevant degree (e.g., Human Resources, Business Administration).
Skills
- Prior experience in a recruitment-related role is highly desirable. A solid understanding of the full-cycle recruitment process is essential.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills are paramount for successful interaction with candidates and internal stakeholders.
- Familiarity with HR Information Systems (HRIS), Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), and resume databases is a significant advantage.
