About the National Apprenticeship Training Scheme (NATS) Program:

The NATS program, a flagship initiative of the Indian government, aims to equip Indian youth with practical skills in various trades. Under the Apprentices Act of 1961 (amended in 1973), Volvo Group provides a one-year Graduate Apprenticeship program. This program offers practical, hands-on, on-the-job training (OJT) designed to bridge the gap between academic learning and professional experience.

Responsibilities

• 1. You will receive comprehensive knowledge transfer and mentorship from experienced training managers.
• 2. You will gain practical experience in the latest applications, processes, and methodologies within your chosen field.
• 3. This program serves as a valuable transition for recent graduates, bridging the gap between classroom learning and the professional work environment.
• 4. In addition to technical skills, you will develop essential soft skills, including an understanding of work culture, ethics, and organizational behavior.
• 5. This immersive experience will enhance your skillset and professional capabilities, preparing you for a successful career.
• 6. The one-year training program is designed for recent graduates seeking to transition from an academic setting to a professional work environment, and meets specific requirements.
• 7. A stipend will be provided throughout the training period.

Education Qualification

• 1. Graduation Year: 2021, 2022, or 2023
• 2. Bachelor of Engineering (BE) / Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) in one of the following disciplines: Computer Science, Information Technology, Automobile Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Electrical & Electronics Engineering, Electronics & Communication Engineering, Embedded Systems Engineering, Electric Vehicle Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Production Engineering, or Manufacturing Engineering.
• 3. Minimum 65% aggregate marks throughout 10th, 12th, and Graduation.
• 4. BE/B.Tech degree is mandatory.
