Responsibilities

  • Perform accurate data entry and management to ensure records are up-to-date.
  • Manage email and text communications, including sorting, prioritizing, responding, and organizing inboxes.
  • Send out newsletters and important communications to clients or teams.
  • Oversee calendar management, including appointment scheduling and meeting coordination.
  • Act as an executive assistant to senior managers (C-suite), providing support for various day-to-day needs.
  • Conduct research on various topics including competitor analysis, industry trends, and market insights.
  • Handle travel and logistics arrangements, including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation.
  • Design and edit graphics and videos for various platforms using tools like Adobe Photoshop, Canva, or similar.
  • Develop engaging digital content that aligns with brand guidelines and marketing goals.
  • Execute and manage paid ad campaigns (Meta, Google, etc.) to drive traffic and engagement.
  • Implement SEO strategies to improve website visibility and ranking.
  • Write compelling copy for ads, emails, and marketing materials.
  • Support email marketing campaigns, including template creation, audience segmentation, and performance tracking.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
  • Strong background in digital marketing and content creation.
  • Proficient in tools such as Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and major social media platforms.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, newsletter platforms (e.g., Mailchimp), and project management tools.
  • Excellent time management, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
  • Previous experience supporting C-suite executives.
  • Background in marketing agencies or creative industries is a plus.
