Role: Trainee (Total Benefit Administration System)

Responsibilities:
- Configure Wipro’s internal Total Benefit Administration (TBA) system according to client needs.
- Test the configured system to ensure it functions correctly.
- Prepare test cases and data to guide the testing process.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics and Communication Engineering, or Master’s in Computer Applications (MCA) – graduating in 2023.
- Minimum 60% marks in your current degree, high school diploma (HSC), and secondary school leaving certificate (SSLC) with no outstanding backlogs as of the 7th semester.
- Strong programming skills with logical reasoning and analytical abilities.
- Knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) principles.
- Ability to write basic and complex SQL queries.
- Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, and listening).
- Strong logical and analytical thinking skills.
Other important points:
- 12-month service agreement required after selection.
- One-way transportation provided by the company.
- Three-stage interview process: online assessment, managerial round, and HR discussion.
